Number One: I AM A FULL TIME REALTOR! Consider when choosing a real estate agent whether they are Full time or Part time. I am FULL TIME. And by that I mean at 6am I am searching for properties so I will be the first agent to see new listings and at 8pm I am still working doing my nightly searches to make sure no listings came in late. Full time also means that on holiday weekends when no one else is around, I am working so I can be there when you are ready to handle your real estate needs. It sounds like a little thing but it isn't so little when your offer didn't get put in because your agent had to go to their other job early and you missed out on your dream home. Or your agent couldn't show your house you have listed with them because they have to work their other job this weekend and the buyer went elsewhere.
 

Number Two: YOU CAN ALWAYS REACH ME! How accessible is your agent? Do you have to track them down or does one call do the trick. I carry my cell phone with me at all times and at night it is next to me. As I mentioned before I am FULL TIME so do not hesitate to call whenever you need me. I also check my email on an hourly basis so if you have emailed me you should receive a response within hours not days. If it takes you days to hear back from your real estate agent, do you think you're a priority? I welcome you to test my response time. Number Three is simple. I LISTEN TO YOU!!! That sounds obvious but I hear several times on a daily basis where someone has told their agent time after time they are looking for a vacant wooded parcel in the country under $50,000.00 and their agent sends them listings for houses in the city priced over $100,000.00. I try very hard to hear what you need and give you that. If you feel you are not being heard it may be time to try someone new. If you are looking for a Realtor that will listen to you and do his very best to help you with whatever your real estate needs are then....I AM THE REALTOR FOR YOU!!
