  • Develop a flyer that lists features and benefits of home seller property.
  • Schedule open house showings to prospective buyers and agents.
  • Follow up with all agents previewing or showing home seller property.
  • Present and explain all purchase contracts.
  • To assure the best possible deal, counsel and assist home seller in all negotiations with buyer agent.
  • Assist home seller in all disclosure requirements.
  • Oversee Inspection of property to assure its satisfaction.
  • Follow-up with home seller after close of escrow to assure complete transaction.
